Welcome to cxrick. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the cxrick platform and all its services. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and cxrick. If you register on this platform, create an account, or use any service, it will be assumed that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to all of these terms. To open an account on cxrick, you must be at least 21 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. cxrick may request identity documents or relevant proof at any time for age verification.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may only create one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person or the same device or IP address is prohibited. In case of a violation, all accounts will be permanently closed and any bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

Providing accurate and truthful information when opening an account is mandatory. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and balance forfeiture. If your information changes, you must notify the support team as soon as possible.

2.4 Account Security

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at cxrick will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must place bets equal to 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn. Different games may contribute at different rates toward meeting the wagering requirement.

• The wagering requirement must be met within a set time from the date the bonus is received.
• If the wagering requirement is not met, the remaining bonus amount will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If any attempt is made to abuse or manipulate bonus benefits, cxrick reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

• Participating in the same promotion from multiple accounts.
• Placing bets on opposing outcomes to reduce risk (hedging).
• Providing false information to claim bonus benefits.

4.4 Other Promotions

From time to time, cxrick offers special promotions, cashback offers, and VIP benefits. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the promotion page.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on the cxrick platform are operated by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming). Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game interface.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a game session is interrupted due to a technical error, server outage, or disconnection during gameplay, cxrick will determine the outcome based on the logs of the relevant game provider. cxrick reserves the right to void any incorrect winnings resulting from an error.

5.3 Betting Limits

6 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the cxrick platform. Immediate action will be taken against anyone who violates these rules.

• Operating multiple accounts or registering under multiple identities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems, find vulnerabilities, or gain unauthorized access.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Creating an account with false or misleading information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Exploiting any bug or error in the platform.
• Behaving disrespectfully toward other users or the support team.

7 Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

All content on the cxrick website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is intellectual property owned by cxrick. No part of this property may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from cxrick.

7.2 Third-Party Property
